When we are about to dispatch your individual handmade trainers we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any other amends to your payment details, or the quantity, size or colour of the items you have ordered.
In this case, you may cancel the existing one before its shipped and place another order.
We are currently shipping all over the world including Australia, Canada, Falkland Islands, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates & United States.

All orders are sent via tracked delivery. If selecting a business address for delivery please be aware your package may be signed for by a reception or concierge desk. Our obligation to deliver is deemed as completed when signed for by concierge or recpeption.

Shipping prices to all other locations are calculated durig checkout.
International orders may incur import duties these vary, dependant on the delivery country. We can neither predict what these may be, pre-pay these nor take responsibility for the charges.
Delays to your delivery may occur if customs hold up a parcel, these are beyond our control.
We want you to love your shoes, we know sometimes that love at first sight isn't always there. If you’re not happy simply send the shoes back to us within 30 days for a refund or credit note to use against future purchases. Please contact us to arrange your return.
We offer free returns for all UK mainland customers. We will arrange a collection for you.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, un-worn with all tags still on them.
You should only try shoes on indoors and on a carpet or clean floor.
We cannot accept returns for shoes that have clear signs of dirt, external wear or prolonged sampling, scuffs or scratches.
As all shoes are hand made for you, we are unable to offer a refund after 30 days however we may be able give you a full credit note to use against another pair which will be valid for 6 months.
To make life easier and to speed up your exchange, we kindly ask you return your unwanted trainers and place a new order for your required style or size.
where a collection is limited editions unless otherwise stated we only make 500 pairs of any style. We do carry certain styles which are not limited edition but are still handmade especially for you.
occasionally we will launch a curated limited edition range of seasonal trainers. these will be limited to a maximum of 250 pairs, unless otherwise stated.
on the 1st of every month we will launch a curated limited edition range of trainers, these trainers will be limited to 150 pairs only
our limited edition styles are only available for a short period of time, unfortunately once the style is sold out we are unable to produce further pairs.
our seasonal specials will be available for a limited period of time, for example our black friday collection will only be available during black friday week. If you miss them you will have to wait for them to be re-released the following year.
